Sempena cuti tahun baru dan pembukaan sekolah, kami menasihatkan semua pelanggan kami supaya merancang perjalananan anda dengan betul. Pastikan percutian anda berjalan seperti yang dirancang.
Kepada semua pelanggan kami, tempahan kereta sewa bolehlah dibuat sekarang untuk memudahkan pihak kami menjadualkan pengagihan kereta yang diminta oleh pihak pelanggan. Penjadualan ini adalah untuk memudahkan semua pelanggan kami untuk merancang perjalanan masing-masing.

Imanaz Enterprise Regulations

1. Hirer must be above 19 and below 65 years old and posses a valid driving license recognized under Malaysian law. An international driving license is also required if the renter or additional drivers' license is non-roman alphabet.

2. One day rental is calculated as 24 hours. One month is calculated as 30 days except for the month of February where 28 days applies.

3. Hirer must claim responsible for all traffic offense and any unlawful acts occured during the hire period.

4. If Hirer wishes to extend usage of the car after the stipulated time / date, Hirer must inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Additional payment must be made immediately according to extension period.

5. The Hirer shall be held responsible for all damages caused to the vehicle, including theft regardless of fault, minor damages amounting below RM 2,000.00 will be beared by Hirer. Damages incured by Hirer amounting above RM 2,000.00, Hirer will bear a penalty of RM 2,000.00 and the differences will be beared by the insurance company.

6. Hirer must personally inspect the vehicle before hiring from car agency.

7. Hirer agrees to maintain the well being of the hired vehicle and will return the vehicle personally in the same condition as when it was rented. Failing which, the Hirer will be liable for the cost of restoring the vehicle to it's original condition.

8. The vehicle shall not be used and Hirer expressly prohibited from using the vehicle for:

a) Racing, Pace Making, Reliability Trial or Speed Testing.

b) Towing.

c) Driving Lessons.

d) Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

e) Any illegal or immoral purpose.

f) Driving into Thailand or Singapore.

9. Delivery or collection is chargable.

10. All vehicles are subject to availability and supplied from our existing fleet.

Required Documents:

i) MyKad or Identity Card or Passport or Company Registration Certificate .

ii) Valid Driving License.

iii) Latest Utility Bill ( Water/Electricity/Telephone/etc.) or Employee ID.

All the required documents must be under Hirers name, and ONLY the registered Hirer is allowed to drive the vehicle.
